• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically credited to your bj335 account balance in real time. bj335 is not responsible for delays attributable to your mobile wallet provider or your mobile network.
• bj335 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of any large or unusual deposit. Deposits suspected of originating from unlawful activity will be blocked, and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted on the bj335 platform.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals must be processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our payments team.
• Verified accounts receive withdrawal processing within 5 to 15 minutes for standard requests. Accounts that have not completed KYC may experience delays of up to 48 hours while verification is pending.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bj335 and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if bj335 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bj335 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. bj335 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance windows wherever practicable. In no event shall bj335's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
